This Unified Pilot Research Agreement (“Agreement”) is between salesforce.com, inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at The Landmark @ One Market, Suite 300, San Francisco, California 94105 (“SFDC”) and the party named above (“Customer”). This Agreement is effective as of the later of the dates beneath the parties’ signatures below (the “Effective Date”) and governs the Customer’s participation in all pilots testing and developing the Covered Services, as defined below.
