The purpose of this Agreement is, in the mutual interests of the Company and its employees at the Windsor District Energy Plant, to establish orderly Collective Bargaining concerning certain working conditions between the Company and its employees represented by the Union. It is in the interests of all to recognize the business environment the plant operates in and to further it’s safe, economic and businesslike operation.
