This auditing agreement is entered into effective December 1 2020 (the “Effective Date”) between UPSTART NETWORK, INC. (“Upstart”), RESOURCES LEGACY FUND as fiscal sponsor for the Student Borrower Protection Center (“RLF/SBPC”), and the NAACP LEGAL DEFENSE AND EDUCATIONAL FUND, INC. (“LDF”) (collectively “the Parties”).
