AAPI shall arrange Applicant’s sponsor, complete the registration form, provide proof of influenza immunization, and adhere to hospital policies [if hospital clinical observership is involved with sponser] regarding confidentiality, professional conduct, and safety and endorse AAPI Code of Conduct.
