This Center City Housing Incentive Policy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement") is made and entered into by and among the City of San Antonio (the “CITY”), a municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its City Manager or his designee, the Midtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #31 (the “TIRZ”), acting by and through its Board of Directors and SOJO Commons II, LP (hereinafter referred to as “DEVELOPER”) and whom together may be referred to as the “Parties”.
