This Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which the Global Fund may provide funding to the Principal Recipient to implement or oversee the implementation of the Program whose title is set forth in block 3 of the face sheet of this Agreement (the “Program”) for the country specified in block 1 of the face sheet of this Agreement (the “Host Country”).
