WHEREAS THE PARTIES desire to co-operate in the establishment of conditions within the industry which will tend to secure to the workers a living wage and to the Employer a fair and adequate adjustment of disputes which may arise between the parties with a view to securing uninterrupted operations and for the objectives of maintaining general stabilization of the industry.
