The terms “you” and “BO” include heirs, estates, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries and employees. Both parties make this agreement on behalf of, and it binds all these included persons and entities. It is your responsibility to notify BO of any change in your address, phone number or name change.
