This FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) dated [ ], 2021 (the “Amendment Date”), is by and between SOUTH COAST WATER DISTRICT, a a county water district (the “District”), and BANK OF THE WEST (together with its successors and assigns, the “Bank”). All capitalized terms used herein and not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the hereinafter defined Agreement.
