This MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on the Effective Date (as defined below) by and between Extreme Ventures, LLC dba TEN: A Discovery Communications Company (“Company”) and the client identified on Exhibit A attached hereto (“Client”). Contractor and Client shall be referred to collectively hereinafter as the “Parties.”
