This Terms of Service agreement (this "Agreement"), as it is modified from time to time in accordance with its terms, sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the remittance services (the “Service”) offered by Philippine National Bank (“PNB”) through its Singapore Branch. This Agreement is between you and PNB, and PNB may rely on and enforce this Agreement. Please read it carefully. By signing off or by using the Service, you agree to be bound by and comply with all of its terms. The words “ we” and “us” and “our” refer to PNB. The terms “ you” and “your” refer to the sender of a remittance and user of the Service under this Agreement.
