This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) is effective March 1, 2004 (“Amendment Effective Date”), by and between Verizon New England Inc., doing business as Verizon Massachusetts, formerly known as New England Telephone and Telegraph Company (“Verizon”), and Comcast Phone of Massachusetts, Inc., formerly known as AT&T Broadband Phone of Massachusetts, LLC. (“Comcast”). (Verizon and Comcast may hereinafter be referred to, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
