The board of directors (the “Board”) of Hatten Land Limited (the “Company”) refers to the Company’s announcements dated 10 October 2019 in relation to the extension of the Loan, subject to terms and conditions to be finalised with the execution of a definitive agreement (“Loan Documentation”) within one month from 10 October 2019, i.e. 10 November 2019 (“Cut-off Date”). All capitalized terms use in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined, have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Previous Announcements.
