APPLICABILITY: These Data Services Master Terms apply to any Data Services or Content made available by The Descartes Systems Group Inc. or one of its Affiliates (“Descartes”) to a Customer pursuant to any subscription agreement, license agreement or other agreement (each an “Agreement”) which specifically references these Data Services Master Terms, and which are incorporated by reference in to such Agreement. These services may include the provision of Content by Descartes to the Customer and/or the granting of online access to certain Content, including the rights to use certain online tools and search capabilities, as well as related services such as classification services, screening services, reporting services, and the like.
