All Services included in the NetGain Technologies Managed Security Services Agreement (“MSSA”) entered into, by and between NetGain Technologies, Inc.,(“NetGain”) and the Client (“Client”) named in the MSSA executed by Client will be governed by the terms and conditions listed below. “Services” will mean Services as described in the MSSA.
