This AGREEMENT made between the author, publisher, or rights owner (the “Rights Holder”) and Findaway World, LLC, of 31999 Aurora Road, Solon, Ohio 44139 (“Findaway”) concerning all audiobooks provided by Rights Holder for distribution (“Audiobooks”), as the same may be hereafter amended from time to time by the parties.
