References in these terms and conditions to “you” or “your” refer to the Supplier named on the front page of this Agreement and “us,” “we” or “our” refers to the Purchaser named on the front page of the Agreement. Defined terms used in the front page of this Agreement shall have the same meaning in the rest of this Agreement.
