THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 28th day of May, 2020 by and between on the one hand: Plaintiffs Bobbie James, Betty King, Mark Skladany and Barbary Skladany (collectively, “Class Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Class defined below; and on the other hand Defendants Global Tel*Link Corporation and DSI-ITI, Inc. (f/k/a DSI-ITI, LLC) (together “GTL” or “Defendants”). The Class Plaintiffs, the Class, and GTL are referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.” 1
