This Team Member Agreement is made by and between the individual(s) whose name appears on the attached Enrollment Agreement and Xendurance LLC, an Arizona limited liability company with its principal place of business at 8465 N 90th Street, Suite 6-7, Scottsdale, Arizona 85258 (the “Company” or “Xendurance”). By my execution of the Enrollment Application, I am applying for acceptance by Xendurance as a Team Member, an independent distributor of Xendurance products. I understand that the Company may accept or reject any application for any or no reason. Once I submit my Enrollment Application, the Company will have ten (10) business days during which to review and either accept or reject it. Acceptance will automatically be deemed to have occurred once ten (10) business days has passed unless the Company has communicated its rejection in writing to me at the email address I provided on the Enrollment Application.
