This First Amendment to Redevelopment Agreement (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2019 by and between the Community Development Agency of Lexington, Nebraska, a political subdivision (“CDA”), The Row Lexington, L.P., a Nebraska limited partnership (the “Row”), and Stonyhill Ventures, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Stonyhill”) (collectively, the Row and Stonyhill are sometimes referred to as the “Redeveloper”).
