The CONTRACTOR is hereby appointed by the EMPLOYER to erect in a proper and workmanlike manner a dwelling house and outbuildings (“the WORKS”) on the erf described in Schedule A hereto (hereinafter referred as “the PROPERTY”) substantially in accordance with the PLANS and the FINISHING SCHEDULE. This AGREEMENT may, depending on the status and nature of the EMPLOYER, be subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, as provided for in that statute.
