This Master Agreement applies to Federal assistance authorized by Federal public transportation laws codified at 49 U.S.C. chapter 53; Title 23, United States Code (Highways); the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU), Pub. L. 109 -59, Aug. 10, 2005; the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21), Pub. L. 105-178, June 9, 1998, as amended, or other Federal legislation FTA administers to the extent FTA so determines.
