Aron & Company, a New York general partnership (“J. Aron”). Each of Lion and Logistics are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” RECITALS: WHEREAS, pursuant to and subject to the terms of the Supply and Offtake Agreement, J.
