This EULA is a binding legal agreement between you (collectively, “you”, “your”, “end- user”, or “customer”) and Acceleratio, Ltd., including its affiliates, authorized resellers or agents acting on our behalf (collectively, “Acceleratio”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). If you are using our software on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. You (i.e., the individual reviewing this license agreement) represent and warrant that you (a) are an authorized representative of your company, (b) have the authority to bind your company to the terms of the license agreement, and (c) have not previously violated the terms of any license agreements with us.
