This PID Reimbursement Agreement – The Villages of Fox Hollow Public Improvement District No. 1 (this "Agreement") is entered into by Bleriot Forney #1, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership (the "Developer") and the City of Forney, Texas (the "City"), to be effective November 7, 2017 (the "Effective Date"). The Developer and the City are individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
