This Frontage Improvement Installation Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this day of , 2017 by and between the CITY OF RICHLAND, a Washington municipal corporation (hereinafter "City"), and 135 REATA, L.L.C, a Washington limited liability company (hereinafter "Developer"). The City and the Developer shall be referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
