This Non Disclosure Agreement between Mr. Mike Garde, Dialogue Ireland Trust and affiliated entities (hereinafter referred to as MG) and Donald Campbell (hereinafter referred to as DC or Client) is entered into as it is anticipated that DC and/or any affiliated entities will provide MG with certain Confidential Information. MG agrees that this Confidential Information will be kept confidential to himself only and to no other person or entity without the written permission of DC.
