THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of February 16, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Perseon Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Perseon” or the “Company”) and Benjamin C. Beckham, an individual and resident of the state of Texas (the “Executive”).
