This Public-Private Partnership Agreement for Personnel Services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of May 2022, (“Effective Date”) by and between Metro Paramedic Services, Inc., an Illinois Corporation, ("Contractor"), and the Village of Westmont, an Illinois municipal corporation ( “Village”), hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties” or singularly as “Party”.
