This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is made this 1s_t _da_y_of De_cembe_r, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), in the Territory of the United States Virgin Islands, by and between the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands (GVI), the Virgin Islands Department of Health (DOH), the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA), The West Indian Company, Ltd (“WICO”) and Crystal Cruises, LLC. (“Cruise Ship Line and Operator” or “CSL”) through the Department of Property and Procurement. Each of the above parties shall be hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
