This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into as of November 3, 2017 by and between BARTACO ROSWELL, LLC (“Bartaco” or “Defendant”), on the one hand, and ALEX FRIEDMAN (“Friedman” or “Plaintiff”), on the other hand.
