This Memorandum of Agreement is jointly prepared and executed by representatives of the Carpinteria Valley Water District (hereafter District) and the business manager of the Operating Engineers, Local 12, International Union of Operating Engineers (hereafter Union) for presentation to, and consideration by, the Board of Directors of District. It shall not be binding until adopted by the Board of Directors of District.
