The SurePath℠ Solar PPA was developed and refined in consultation with some of the nation’s leading institutional tax equity investors, as well as numerous corporate, non-profit, and government sector customers. The SurePath℠ Solar PPA is a living document, evolving over time to reflect growing experience and changing stakeholder requirements and market conditions.
