Thank you for your interest in hosting Slippery Rock University (SRU) students as they complete an experiential learning activity (ELA). Attached is SRU’s standard clinical agreement. The agreement is based off the Uniform Clinical Training Affiliation Agreement published by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). The agreement consists of two parts – 1) Uniform Clinical Training Affiliation Agreement (Agreement) and 2) Uniform Clinical Training Implementation Letter (Letter).
