This Program Agreement is made and entered into by and among the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University, with a principal business address of 1425 West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, Illinois 60115-2828, USA (“NIU”), Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, with a principal business address of (555 Liutai Avenue, Wenjiang District, Chengdu China, Sichuan, P.R. China 611130) (“SWUFE”), Università di Roma, La Sapienza, with a principal business address of Città Universitaria, Piazzale Aldo MORO 5, 00185 Rome, Italy (“Sapienza”), and SRH Hochschule Berlin, with a principal business address of Ernst-Reuter- Platz 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany (“SRH”). The parties shall be referred to herein collectively as the “Collaborating Institutions” or individually as a “Collaborating Institution”.
