MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT SWIMMING FACILITIES This Memorandum of Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria (the “Tribe”) and the County of Sonoma (the “County”), a political subdivision of the State of California, acting by and through its Department of Health Services, regarding swimming pools, spas or hot tubs to be constructed at the Graton Resort & Casino, pursuant to that certain Intergovernmental Mitigation Agreement between the County and the Tribe dated October 23, 2012.
