THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on this 1st day of July, 2022 (“Execution Date”), by and between the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, a municipal corporation (the “CITY”), and the NATIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, a school district duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of California (hereinafter the “DISTRICT”). The CITY and the DISTRICT may be individually referred to herein as a “Party” or may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
