This Covenant Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAPID CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of South Dakota, located at 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, SD 57701 (herein after referred to as the “City”) and GARAGE LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company, of 2834 Jackson Blvd., Suite 202, Rapid City, SD 57702 (herein after referred to as the “Landowner”).
