THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (called the "Lease") is executed between Ste. Genevieve Housing Authority, whose mailing address is 35 Robinwood Drive, Ste. Genevieve, MO (herein called "PHA"), and (herein called the "Tenant"), and becomes effective as of the date signed on the last page. This Lease, along with any future adjustments, is evidence that the PHA and the Tenant have entered into an agreement that states the responsibilities of both parties to each other, to other residents and to the dwelling units and premises.
