Oak Street, Juneau, WI 53039, and City of Beaver Dam, a municipal corporation, organized pursuant to Chapter 62 of the Wisconsin Statutes, with a principal place of business located 205 S. Lincoln Avenue, Beaver Dam, WI 53916 (“ City” or “Grantee”), collectively, the “Parties”.
