This Agreement shall be for the purpose of (1) providing a Fireball Network Station at Mt. Lemmon Observatory (MLO) that will monitor the night sky in order to detect bright meteors (a.k.a. fireballs) and (2) disseminating the publicly available analyses of the data to university faculty and scientists for meteor research and for outreach activities involving the media and secondary education.
