This agreement is between City of Milton, a Wisconsin municipal corporation (hereafter `City’) and Moffett and Associates, L.L.C., a Wisconsin limited liability company, (hereafter ‘Consultant’) for the consulting services to facilitate and deliver a Police Chief Recruitment and Selection Process for the City of Milton Police Commission.
