THIS INTERIM PPA RIDER (this “Agreement”), dated as of , 2004, between ILLINOIS POWER COMPANY, an Illinois corporation (“IP”), and DYNEGY MIDWEST GENERATION, INC., an Illinois corporation (“DMG”); (IP and DMG are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”);
