These Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between Wandelbots GmbH, Rayskistraße 25, 01219 Dresden, Germany (“Wandelbots”) and the applicable business customer (“Product Customer”) entering into an order form, statement of work, or similar transaction document referencing these Terms (the “Order”). Each Order, in combination with these Terms, comprises a separate “Agreement”.
