This Agreement is subject to review and acceptance of the terms of all leases, rental agreements, written rights of tenancy, and all other rights of others to subject property, if any, collectively referred to hereafter as “Lease Agreements”. Within ten (10) business days of acceptance of this Agreement, Seller shall provide full written disclosure of all such lease agreements including copies of said lease agreements and the names of all parties associated with said lease agreements to Buyer. Upon receipt of Sellers full disclosure of lease agreements, Buyer shall have a period not to exceed ten (10) business days for review of Sellers lease agreement disclosure. If existing lease agreements are not acceptable to Buyer, Buyer shall withdraw its offer to purchase by written notice postmarked on or before the expiration of the ten business day review period.
