THIS AGREEMENT is entered into and is effective on this 24th day of February, 2020 (“Effective Date”) between Pueblo County, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, (“County”) and the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation and a Home-Rule Municipality (“City”), (collectively, the “Parties”).
