This LICENSE AGREEMENT, including the Terms and Conditions, and any Addendums thereto subsequently executed by the parties (“Agreement”) effective as of the date of the last signature hereto (“Effective Date”), by and between Prosci, Inc., with offices located at 2950 E. Harmony Rd., Suite 130, Fort Collins, CO 80528 (“Prosci”), and Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, Division of Child Support located at 712 Pear Street Southeast Olympia, WA 98501 US (“Licensee”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Licensee licenses Prosci’s materials.
