TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Best Rents, LLC ("Lessor") hereby rents to Lessee the equipment ("Equipment") described on the corresponding rental agreement "Rental Agreement", subject to and in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth herein. "Lessee" refers to the person or company leasing the Equipment from Lessor pursuant to this Equipment Lease Agreement (this "Agreement") and such person’s or company’s business, employer, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, agents and successors, and any other person or organization to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom shall be jointly and severally liable hereunder. This Agreement, the corresponding Rental Agreement, and the Account Agreement and Terms included in Lessee’s Credit Application (collectively, the "Lease Contracts"), represent the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee related to the rental of the Equipment, and no statement, remark, agreement, or understanding, oral or written, or any other representation n
