This Agreement is made and entered into as of date executed by Foothill Transit, by and between Foothill Transit, a joint powers agency organized under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 100 South Vincent Avenue, Suite 200, West Covina, California 91790 (“Foothill Transit”) and the City of La Puente (“City”), a California municipal corporation, with its principal place of business at 15900 Main Street, La Puente, California 91744. Foothill Transit and the City are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
