THIS CONTRACT, executed this day of , by and between the State of Colorado, for the use and benefit of the Colorado Department of Transportation (“State” or “CDOT”) and NORTHERN COLORADO WATER (DBA Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity Enterprise -- a government-owned enterprise within the meaning of Art. X, Section 20(2)(d) of the Colorado Constitution, organized pursuant to C.R.S. 37-45.1-101 et seq., and owned by the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.), 220 Water Ave, Berthoud, Colorado, 80513, CDOT Vendor #: 0002100355 (“Local Agency”), and the State and the Local Agency together shall be referred to as the “Parties.”
